Your DriveValia accessories are covered up to 3-years warranty, starting from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Manufacturing and Material Defects:
The warranty covers any pre-existing manufacturing or material defects present before delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt and proof of purchase are required for the warranty to be honored.
- Replacement: If your request is made within the warranty period and includes valid purchase proof, you are entitled to a replacement. If the exact product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a similar product. However, DriveValia reserves the right to determine if the defect is due to manufacturing issues.
- Authorized Dealers: The warranty is valid only for products purchased from authorized dealers or our official online store. For authorized dealer verification, please email our support team.
Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Damages due to unauthorized handling, alterations, or repairs.
- Incorrect usage, accidents (tears, cracks, dents, drops, etc.), negligence, or lack of proper care.
- Abnormal or abusive use, fire or water exposure, theft, loss.
- Damages to fittings, face material, trims, footplates, or scratches.
